By booking our services you agree to these terms.<br>All work is subject to availability and acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Callout Fees and Labour Charges<br>The following charges apply:<br>Minimum callout charge: \u00a3100<br>Standard labour rate: \u00a375 per hour<br>Minimum charge for pre booked work: \u00a375<br>Half day rate: \u00a3150<br>Full day rate: \u00a3300<br>The \u00a3100 callout fee covers attendance and initial assessment only. It does not include repair work, labour beyond the initial assessment, materials or parts unless agreed in writing.<br>Labour is charged from arrival at the property.<br>Time is charged in hourly increments unless a half day or full day rate has been agreed in advance.<br>Where pre booked work is arranged without a diagnostic visit, a minimum labour charge of \u00a375 applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-booked work outside of a 10 mile radius of the base of operations (Malton) will be charged at \u00a32 per mile beyond that radius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quotations and Estimates<br>Where possible, an estimate will be provided before work begins.<br>Estimates are not fixed quotations.<br>Final costs may vary depending on additional labour, materials or unforeseen issues.<br>Any significant variation will be discussed before continuing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discounts<br>We offer a 10 percent labour-only discount to:<br>OAP customers<br>Blue Light personnel<br>Valid identification may be required.<br>Discounts apply to labour charges only.
